Located in the historic Hotel Andaluz, MÁS, by Chef de Cuisine Ryan Numair, is a full-service restaurant and tapas bar. MÁS Tapas y Vino’s Chef de Cuisine Ryan Numair grew up on the coast of the Jersey shore where he saw at a young age how food brings people together. Through family gatherings and celebrations, he learned through food about his German and Lebanese heritage. These foods from his childhood continue to inspire him. Ryan studied under the tutelage of Chef James Campbell Caruso, the nominated James Beard recipient, expanding his knowledge of the bold flavors, rich history and exuberance of Spanish cooking. Now the driving force behind MÁS, Ryan creates fresh reinventions of traditional Spanish cuisine with an emphasis on locally-sourced foods and high quality imported ingredients and spices.
